    I recently bought a amplifier from taramps usa once I received the amplifier it had loose parts moving on the inside of the amplifier I contacted taramps usa to let them know of the issue and asked for a replacement amplifier thay asked if I would like to send it for a refund and I said I'd not like to do that as it cost $200 more for the amplifier then it did at the time I bought it and I can't afford too pay $200 more for the same amplifier iv been waiting a week now too try too get a response from them with no reply I feel like I'm being forced too do a refund so I'll have too spend the 200 to replace the amplifier it's been less than 30 days since I purchased the amplifier well within the time specified too get a replacement amplifier

    We appreciate you reaching out and we understand how frustrating it can be to receive a defective product. We truly want to make things right and ensure you have the best experience possible. Thats why we provided two fair and reasonable solutions to resolve this issue:

    Full Repair at No Cost: We offered to cover all repair costs to get your amplifier back to perfect working condition, completely free of charge.
    Full Refund & Alternative Purchase Assistance: Since we were temporarily out of stock on this amplifier, we offered a full refund with the return shipping label covered. Additionally, we provided an alternative purchasing source and even offered a partial refund to help cover any price difference if you chose to repurchase.

    We understand that your desired resolution was an exchange, and we completely empathize with that request. However, since we were out of stock on the amplifier, we were unable to process a direct exchange. To still provide a fair resolution, we offered an alternative solution by directing you to another purchasing source and offering to cover the price difference with a partial refund. This was the best possible option given our inventory situation at the time.

    Clearing Up a Few Misunderstandings:

    The claim that we increased the amplifier price by $200 is not accurate. We do not sell this product at that price increase.
    We were always responsive and stayed in constant communication with you, often replying within 5-10 minutes or at the latest, within the same business day.
    At no point did we force you into a refundwe made sure you had multiple options to choose from to best fit your needs.
