    This company is price gouging it's customers. I recently had them service my **** fireplace that I have them do every year for the past 15 years. On Sept. 25, 2024 they charged me $339.99 for routine service that took the technician less than 1 hour to perform. No parts required just cleaning. On Nov. 1, 2023 they performed the exact service snd the cost was $289.95. In less than 1 year they raised their price by $50.00. I contacted them for an explanation on why such an increase but no one would talk to me regarding an explanation.This is an example of the worst form of corporate greed. I will never do business with this company again nor will I recommend them ever again which I have done on numerous occasions over the past 15 years.
