      I am filing this complaint against Abner Wood Floors regarding a recent hardwood flooring installation at my home. Shortly after the installation was completed, I discovered a powderpost beetle infestation in the new flooring. This has resulted in visible damage, including small holes and fine sawdust, indicating an active pest problem that was not disclosed or addressed prior to or during installation. New damage is appearing every day, with additional holes creating dangerous splinters that pose a serious risk of injury to my young children.I contacted Abner Wood Floors to report the issue and requested a full replacement of the infested flooring, as it is unacceptable to have a brand-new product compromised by pests and now threatening my familys safety. However, they have not responded. This situation has left me with defective and hazardous flooring, causing significant frustration and concern, as I paid for a quality product and professional installation.I am seeking a full replacement of the hardwood flooring at no additional cost to me, as the infestation appears to have originated from the materials provided by Abner Wood Floors. I urge the BBB to assist in resolving this matter promptly, as the worsening condition of the floors continues to disrupt my home and endanger my children.Thank you for your attention to this issue.
