    We bought a car from this business in November of 2022. While in the office with the fiance manager he made several racist remarks and jokes including doing accents of several ethnicities. After purchasing the car we had several issues. Firstly they didn't give us any of our paperwork. We had to email several times, leave multiple voicemails and it finally took them almost 3 weeks to call us back and give us our paperwork. Secondly, the car wasn't filled with gas, the windshield wiper fluid was completely empty. Annoying but still an expense we incurred immediately after purchasing the car. Thirdly we noticed the tire light come on and we thought oh it's getting cold out maybe the pressure changed because the air pressure changed that's happened. We filled it. Then it happened again. And again. Turns out we bought the car with a punctured tire. So another 300 dollars. Finally we noticed that the coolant is EMPTY. There is a leak. This car dealership clearly did not do an actual inspection of the car and sold us a car that could have put us in danger. It's been just over a month and I'm now taking the time to write this.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    Thank you for sending this over and please accept my apologies for this complaint coming across.  From what I can see this client purchased a pre-owned vehicle from us in November 2024.  This vehicle was a McGovern Certified pre-owned vehicle and was sold to the client after the vehicle had went through our comprehensive inspection through our shop.  During that inspection it was determined that the tires on the vehicle prior to sale were measuring at 4/32.  4/32 does pass for a Massachusetts state inspection however the decision was made to not sell the vehicle with tires that close to being worn out so all 4 tires were replaced with new tires and an alignment was completed to ensure proper wear of the new tires for the new owner.  This inspection and subsequent work was completed on October 11, 2024 (Receipt Attached).  During this inspection no notes were made in regarding to seeing any fluid leaks whatsoever. 

    We do stand behind our pre-owned vehicles and are more than willing to inspect the clients vehicle.  I can see that the client made an appointment with us for this inspection for January 8, 2025 at 10:15am however did not show up for that appointment. 

    Our suggestion is to set up another appointment with our service department and show up for that appointment so that our technicians can inspect and report on the clients concerns.  ********************** is open Monday through Friday 7:30am-5:30pm and Saturdays from 8:00am-4:00pm.  They can be reached by phone at ************.

    They finally called and they did fix the problem hopefully it seems ok thanks for you help
