    Date of Transaction: April 13, 2023 Amount of Money: $1900 Business Committed to Provide: Used Food Service Equipment, specifically a Duke SUBBD-60-L M Nature of Dispute: Complete scam. Took my money and gave me the runaround for over a week and a half about how they were sending the tracking number via email, but then completely cut contact the final three days before I finally got them to respond, to which they said they were refunding me but then never sent me a confirmation of refund and blocked me.Has the business tried to resolve the problem: No, despite claims that they have.I just wanted to make people aware of this. This is a common scammer and will try to rob your money from you. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS PERSON.

    We sent customer 3 direct emails from shipping company with tracking. They reached out 3 times for delivery and was unable to communicate with customer. Here is proof of refund after we refunded as soon as was requested. Customer has been blocked due to harsh comments and harassment. If this continues since refund has been initiated over 24 hours ago we will issue a police report locally for harassment.
