    I am disappointed that Discover made no effort to make this debacle right. The process was poor from start to finish.

    The whole installation and templating of this job started off poorly.

    The individual who showed up for the templating had issues with the scanner for the template he stated he had to manually enter some of the information as the scanner was new and not properly set up.

    The installers were late and appeared to be tired.

    The countertop material has iron rust stains on it which were not on the approved slab.

    The countertop seam was not flat a level could be rocked across it.

    The counter top was cut too long on the 66" side which caused it to hang up on the wall and not sit across the cabinets.

    The cabinets are installed straight and level despite what was stated to *****. The issue was possibly only the installation had the length of the 66" side of the counter been trimmed; it probably would have fit properly.

    This issues here are in the process from the start. The templater was having issues and the installers didnt take anything into account to make sure the install was proper.

    The vanity was damaged (supports were unnecessarily cut out of the box. No measurements were taken by the installer; he just cut them out.and glue was left on one of the other base cabinets.

    Furthermore the installers smeared white caulk all over freshly painted walls and made a mess of them.

    The caulk which was used to install the back splashes was the issue for their poor fitment too large of globs were placed on the wall and were not compressed. the walls are straight and can be confirmed with a metal straight edge.

    The customer had some issues with their cabinets which prevented the countertops from sitting correctly. They were given the option to correct this and have us return to install but they refused that option and requested us to proceed as is.
