    I dropped my jeep off at jeep and it needed to be programmed! 175 to program so Im like awesome! Of course they got locked out trying to program it so they called me n said oh we are locked out its going to be 800 more omg I have no choice so I said ok! They had my jeep almost a month because they cant figure out why it still wont start ! So they are guessing at this point which is outrageous!So at this time its up to 1200 supervisordecides to look at ********** say its a relay part for 60 bucks so I said why would it take u guys 3 *********** ck that first or ck the battery or alternator or ************* replied I dont know lol yes I said oh great So I pick up jeep and went to the grocery store come out jeep wont start omg really so they come n jump it ! It starts n I ask why is it still doing same thing ! They dont know he said its been sitting up there 3 Wks so battery may need to be charged and I asked you guys didnt ck battery? Nope ok so since then Ive had the jeep towed 3 times for same reason! Im out 1200 bucks and they gave me it back the same way I dropped it off !

    Customer brought vehicle to us on 12/07/2024 with a key fob that needed to be programmed. Upon beginning the re-programming procedure, the module had been locked out due to someone trying to reprogram the remote without the proper tools previous to bringing it to us. Service recommended to the customer that we get a whole new remote. The one provided by the customer was not working and needed to be replaced. The service department waived the labor and programming the new remote. The customer was aware of the charge of $1159.30 plus tax of $23.96. The customer did agree to this charge and approved the work to be done.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    I couldnt respond to herb chambers ! They said I agreed the charges and I did but when I left the jeep dealership and my jeep broke down 30 mins later at covert store and Im having the same problem jeep doesnt start and that was why I brought it there pd 1100 just to have it break down for same reason 30 mins later ! So they didnt fix my jeep I feel I should get a refund or fix it 1100 to fix the problem but jeep is

    The customer's Jeep was originally towed into the dealership due to it not starting. During the first visit we performed the work that the customer requested and approved. We fixed the vehicle for the customer, and they drove it off the lot fixed. They made us aware that there was another issue of it not starting. We offered to look at it to properly diagnose what the issue is, and the customer refused to bring it back to us. We are more than happy to help assist this customer.

    I see that jeep said they would look at my jeep but it says its another problem with jeep its not its doing the same thing when I dropped jeep off! If I bring it to jeep they dont mention it will be free for me ???? Need them to be more detailed with their answers will they fix for no charge!??

    I will accept if the dealership will actually fix the issue 

    And not get charged! Again pd 1100  and I got my jeep back and still had same problem it was not fixed its not a new problem same problem!

    I purchased a vehicle from Alfa Romeo of ********. I had to wait 3 days to pick up the vehicle after signing the paper work due to the car getting glass coated ( an additional option I paid for). I was never given any sales document from them. After some time I began to experience issues not being able to pump gas. I brought it to this facility multiple times for this complaint. The first time they said there was no issue they could duplicate. The second time they said yes we see the issue we ***laced the filler neck. Received the car back and still had the same issue. Brought it back a 3rd time and they said some other parts with the evap and canister were ***aired and they gave the car back with the same issue still present. After dealing with these incompetent service techs I brought the car to another Alfa Dealer, they have had the car since May 13th 2024 and the car is still not ***aired, I was told 2 months ago the car needed an new gas tank ( which was approved by Alfa road engineers, the tank finally came in but then 2 weeks ago I was told they never ordered the fuel pump module which is now a 1-2 month back order. I find this ***air practice with Stellantis / Alfa is completely ridiculous. When I called the dealer to obtain a record of my sale to give to my lawyer for the lemon law request they said its their policy to not give a copy of the sales record when its being requested for lemon law. According to the lawyer this is not legal and I can seek further damages from them. This is a dealer I would never use again or recommend to anyone. I asked for a buy back and was told no you don't qualify, yet I know other people's have been bought back for this same issue. I just continue to get the run around from every alfa *** and manager. I can see why they are BBB accredited. Buy this car back and issue me a refund of what I paid. Its completely ridiculous that I have been dealing with this issue since FEB 2024 and here we are in Aug 2024 with no resolution.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was told that there is no reason why this car shouldnt be bought back due to the issues Ive been dealing with : words from the ** ****. Now about a week later after waiting for a resolution Im being told there is nothing they can do to help me. This is extremely frustrating as I was told they will do something to help the situation and yet I was only offered to trade the car in and get something different from them. They wouldnt give me a value on trading the car into them. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.
