    We wanted to upgrade the a/c, air handler and furnace, and make it all dual fuel. **** came by, took a look and understood exactly what we wanted. He's detail oriented, knowledgeable and an all-around great guy; absolutely trustworthy. The work was on time, on target and as quoted. The company was responsive and answered questions within a reasonable timeframe. We now have a gas furnace, heat pump + a/c and a thermostat that deals with it all very nicely, switching from heat pump to gas at set temps to deal with the area weather. All other staff at Santon were very nice to work with, and the two times I visited the office they all wore smiles as well. From my perspective, if they continue to set high expectations they're going to need to hire more people to remain consistent - which is not always easy. Maybe clone ****?!
