  This company did a roofing work for our church and now we have a big problem with roof leak. We are tired of asking for our guarantee they came do something light and send us a bill. But the problem its worse every day. Causing big problems of mold and bad odor.

  To Whom it May Concern, We have received notice of leaking issues from the church long after replacing a small roof on one side of the building.  We have gone back to the property multiple times to identify issues and/or make a repair.  Last two time we were there we identified issues that needed further repair but the church had indicated that they were not in a position to do these repairs.  We found additional (third party damage) to the newly installed roof which was then repair and billed for a small charge which covered the cost of repaired created by "others".  The last time we went was when it had not had any rain for 3-4 days.  The floor in the basement had water running out of it in various areas in various sections of the building which had been identified as a plumbing issue that was most likely caused by recent plumbing work that had been performed on the property to build out two different bathroom spaces.  We have recently received and additional call from them stating that there was still issues with water.  We have since added them to our lengthy service schedule due to the active weather pattern.  With this email chain now in affect we will have someone stop by again today to identify any roof concerns on areas that we have previously worked on that may reflect coverage from a warranty perspective

  Hello All,
     Fortunately/unfortunately you are correct that this current leaking issue is not plumbing related.  As mentioned we sent personnel back to the site yesterday as well as today.  Please review the attached pictures to view what was found, to summarize there was various pieces of debris on the roof section that may have come down from the recent storms.  This includes a number of branches that have punctured the roof along with plate glass that has been shattered on the roof as well. Our team removed the branches this morning along with the water and made needed repairs to the roof. This work is outside a warranty of a roof installation. This roof is easily viewable from areas of the building from our view it would have been helpful information to be informed that debris had come down and potentially damaged the roof after our last visit for the plumbing issues.  We could have then planned accordingly.  It is unfortunate that this conversation has had to go this route.  We have always answered the calls of le ************ and always sent personnel back to answer any questions or concerns related to this.  With all this noted there are still building concerns surrounding the area the could result in more leaks outside the area of the roofs that have been replaced.  It is recommended that a continued effort to repair these section are taken to prevent further water from entering the building.  Please let us know if there are further concerns associated with this.
