      Purchased the 'Partner Package' January 15th, 2025 for $150. This purchase gave me 3 classes to LovePole Fitness in Millis, *************. This promotion came with an unrealistic expiration date of one month, Feb 13th. One month expiration is a SCAM to steal people's money!! I have always seen a 6-month expiration with fitness passes. However, that is the business owner's choice.I attended two of the three classes and had two terrible, awful experiences and did NOT want to return. The athletic studio was VERY dirty and unsanitary, which is VERY concerning. I am a healthy, active woman with no prior injuries. I exercise regularly and like to try new things. However, both classes I attended left me with extremely swollen and painful bruising on my spine, legs, and ankles. I also experienced severe back pain afterwards. I took photos of the painful damage to my body after the fitness classes I attended at ********. When I contacted the owner of the business with my concerns and unsatisfaction, I explained that I will not be returning to use my last class available (which was still active!) and that I would like my money back for the injuries accrued at their establishment. I was shocked to hear the owner, *****, deny my refund. They were extremely unprofessional and RUDE. I have had such a negative experience with LovePole Fitness, and I am deeply concerned about others who may want to try this workout. ***** said my pain was due to muscle soreness from exercise and disregarded my comments. I guarantee that my swollen bruises were not "sore muscles from exercise." A simple refund should have been a quick & easy resolution. I am willing to take this further and *** if the owner wants to continue a dispute. I have already spoken to an attorney for legal advice because I am so shook after this whole experience. I am confident that the cleanliness of the establishment alone will shut down this bad business. Thank you for your help.

      Prior to the purchase of the Partner Package ******** ******* took a class at LOVE Pole Fitness and Aerial Arts and told her instructor she enjoyed it. After that she purchased a partner package with a friend, **** Volt. The pass was for 6 classes in total, and a private ****** with myself, ***** ******, the owner. The pass was shared and I believe the cost was split, leaving the total for Tatianya $75.00, not $150.00

      The expiration for the class was clearly stated in her online account and she had 30 days to take 3 scheduled classes. (image uploaded for example, not her pass, as it was expired when this email was written) 6 month expirations are for larger class passes that are not promotions with a heavily discounted price. If 3 classes and I private were purchased the total would be $150.00 and these students got 6 classes. 

      In the time frame allotted for Tatianya's pass she canceled 2 classes. The first on 1/29/2025 and the second on 2/11/25. Tatianya also no call/no showed for class on 2/3/25.(image uploaded for confirmation) 

      At no point was an expiration my "choice" it was in writing. 

      As far as Tatianya's "injuries" are concerned, bruising and soreness is normal when skin comes in contact with metal apparatuses. It is a standard part of aerial practice and beginning a sport that a body is unfamiliar with, which I explained in my email. Tatianya filled out a fitness waiver for our studio. (images attached)

      The space where Tatianya took some of her classes is a shared space inside the gym we are located in. In no way is our equipment unclean or unsanitary. The space is maintained by the gym staff and cleaned regularly. 

      At no point was I rude to Tatianya in our conversations. I do not feel that I have violated any of the agreements in our waiver or policies clearly stated on our website and in our booking system. The friend that purchased the pass with Tatianya has purchased more classes, as well as classes for her daughter.
