  Company sent a coupon for $250 off any job over $2000. Quotes me a $10K job, I ignored it, then **** further solicited my business by offering next day service and $1000 off due to last minute cancellation from another customer. Told him his price was still too high so **** lowered it to $8800 but only if I paid $2000 in cash. They do the job then I paid them in full $6550 check and $2000. Company then haunts me for 3 weeks after refusing to honor the $250 coupon demanding additional payment. Fine work removing trees - lousy job removing stumps - lost this customer and potential neighboring customers over their false advertisement.

  He did a horrible and didnt finish one tree that he going to left a mess of tree clippings in my yard a neighbor and I had to clean them both up the trees that they shaped was terrible the machine they used killed some of my grass when I called him to tell him never answered and I left a message no call back I dint have a written contract which I learned my ****** on that one I want to say this hopefully someone would see it and think twice of hiring him thank you *****************************

  I needed a hung up tree removed ~45 footer- as well as 2 other smaller trees that had fallen. All work was inside a thick tree line at the rear of property. Several companies quoted the job as "felling" the hung up larger tree, allowing to hit rock wall property line and then fall on neighbors property before removing. I was told that was the only real way to remove. I then contacted Brooke Tree Service to quote the job. When Brooke arrived, the owner **** gave the solution of removal by crane for the large hung up tree and then using ground machines and staff for other tree section removals. Brooke Tree showed up with Crane, pretty amazing, and numerous other trucks and ground crew of about 6. All work was completed within 3 hours and job site left in neat condition. I have to say I was impressed with the set up and steps to insure safety especially with the amount of heavy equipment and large ground crew. I want to mention ***** the Office Admin who scheduled the job and answered all calls professionally. Millis Resident

  dishonest pricing to defraud insurance company charged $5000 for a $1500 job I paid them $3,000 and am being harrassed for the remaining $2000
