    This company feels scammy. Their customer service is terrible and I hope someone looks into them and their practices. I have seen multiple complaints and my complaints are very similar. Products are not arriving.

    I purchased a 4 oz bottle of what was supposed to be PURE grape extract from "Olive Nation" for an absorbitant cost of slightly over $17.00. I was sent a FAKE KNOCKOFF of some sort of alcohol "flavored" garbage INSTEAD OF the product I purchased!! The bottles wasn't even the same as the advertised extract!! I called "Olive Nation" and left my name, address, the issue of me being sent a INFERIOR CLONE PRODUCT FROM THEM, the transaction info, and a guy called BACK THE NEXT MORNING STATING ON MY VOICEMAIL THAT I SHOULD CALL THEM AGAIN AND """MAYBE""" WE COULD """WORK SOMETHING OUT"! I am disabled and I draw SSI DISABILITY!!! Purchasing items over the net makes for returning any item EXTREMELY DIFFICULT if the merchant wants to send you a fake flea market knockoff cheap product, priced as a top quality one. It becomes very problematic to regain the funding spent on these products from those merchants as it cost TWICE as much to regain HALF of what you were swindled for, to start with. Not to mention the aggravation, headaches, cost incurred etc. These merchants KNOW THIS and a GREAT MANY PREY on that fact!!! BUYER BEWARE of these shady people that pull these DISPICABLE transactions and simply ******* your money! The item I purchased even had THIER ***** on the bottle STATING ON THE ***** THAT THE SUPPOSEDLY "PURE" extract was a"flavored" and had "thier" tele number!! I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. ****** LEARNED,. If it quacks likes duck, ..then it very well may be a duck!!!

    Purchased **** extracts. French Vanilla- RED, no vanilla smell OR flavor. Orange Emulsion- creamy white with a hint of orange smell, not too much orange flavor. Sent in review. Not posted or addressed. Over $200 worth of products purchased and no reply. I guess the customer is not valued OR they are too big to care :(

    For over that last decade I've ordered most of my pantry staples from OliveNation and have been very happy with my purchases. When I had questions regarding which type flavoring to use in a particular recipe, extract verse emulsion, they went out their way to education me and even sent me some samples. I am sure if you have questions, it's just a matter of inquiring and maybe timing... these days businesses are straight out staff-wise. I wish they offered Gift Certificates so I could share them with my foodie friends, let them choose their delectables!
