      I contacted this company two years ago and signed a contract quote to replace my entire bulkhead entry which included the replacement of the stairway as well. After waiting about 6 months I was told there would be a price increase as material cost had risen. Although it was no fault of mine that I had been waiting for them to do the job, I agreed on the additional cost as I need this taken care of. I waited and waited but never heard back from them. I finally sent the owner another email inquiring as to when they might get to me. I got a response stating that due to unforeseen circumstances they no longer do this type of work. Two years waiting for "sorry "is a poor example of how to do business. Had I not reached out I would have not known they didn't plan on doing the job, yet there website still advertises that they do this type of work as an authorized Bilko dealer. I would like to warn anyone seeking to do business with this poor business

      I had contacted the customer during the pandemic explaining that unfortunately we had no control over Covid, health concerns, supply chain issues, labor shortages etc. This is clearly stated in the contract. We have been in business for fifty five years and would never compromise anyone's health and safety. As stated in the contractual agreement the customer has the right to cancel the contract within thirty days of acceptance. If the contractor does not perform under the terms of the contract (starting and completing the work within a reasonable time) the contract is no longer valid. There was no deposit or any money exchange as we do not require any payment until we start the work. I also recommended other reputable companies that do this type of work.
