      Monson Savings Bank, incorrectly calculated my escrow account and were very combative with me, the customer in trying to come to a resolution. I was given no warning to a 25% escrow increase due to a miscalculation internal to Monson Savings and was treated like I was dodging my mortgage.Monson reps all the way up to the CEO never answer the phone and have horrendous customer service. Avoid using this lender at all costs, bad infrastructure, terrible customer service, and apparently awful underwriting processes.I will be refinancing as soon as possible to get away from Monson Savings Bank.
