Initially a ****** review Well, it's been a year. Initially, I was told I would get a several day notice that they were coming but Josh called the evening before so nice guy that I am, I let them come. I asked about the rain coming and I was told there is to be no rain coming hours after a new driveway is installed. It rained that night and I was told "It's okay." I let the driveway sit 5 days before I drove on it. Now, less that 1 year later, my new driveway is coming apart and asphalt is being removed. Good money wasted. They ruined all the new lawn work I spent 4 years doing and I coudn't get topsoil and let a heavy truck drive on the new driveway. Response - Please Call me so I can resolve this Update - father and Josh came over the next morning. Father reamed me for giving a 1 star ****** review stating I was taking food out of his family's mouth (fyi - this driveway took food out of my mouth). I kept quiet the whole time. Josh walked around and said it was the best job they ever did and took credit for a flared out sidewalk on the side of the driveway performed by another contractor They answered stating they were going to resolve this issue and they never did. Father's last words were "We're done here "Response - With all due respect, we have an office that is Manned 45 hours a week we take all our phone calls. You waited a year to complain about what you thought were problems with your driveway but your tire marks. Never once called the office. Didn't ask us to come take a look at it you just merely went and gave us a one star review on ****** to hurt us for no apparent reason. Yes upon review of your driveway we found a perfectly fine driveway. Its asphalt. Its not meant to bring you happiness its meant to be a place to park your car if you would like it to be perfectly shiny then seal coat is your option. Update 2 - So, the driveway is not increase the beauty of your property, I was told to wait a year to seal. Consumer - just shop around!
