I had a driveway put in by STANLEY AND SONS PAVING from ****** **. A month later we noticed that the stones in the black top were coming loose and little divots were forming in the entire driveway. I called Mr *********************** he came over to look and saw the problem, he told me he was going to call the plant where he got the blacktop and see what they would. Mr ********************** was blaming the problem on them,and said he would get back to me in a couple of days...That was the last I heard from ********************** paving. NOT FOR THE LACK OF TRYING,THEY JUST WILL NOT RESPOND. My driveway continues to *****. I am asking the BBB for help in getting my driveway fixed. I did check the bbb review before hiring and I am sitting here wondering how they can have a A+ rating when they will not respond to a problem..*************************

I am rejecting this response because:stanley and sons paving left a message that they were coming by this week to correct the problem NEVER CAME BY OR CALLED again. This is the 2nd time with no response . They are not going to fix my driveway or it would be done by now....this is just a bad business and not very reputable........

BBB spoke directly with the business and they advised that they apologize for not communicating when the date for last week did not work out. They are definitely coming out to take care of the issue and advised that they will be reaching out to the consumer before the end of the week to set a new date to come out and take care of the issue.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:they did not address the issue . My driveway still continues to deteriorate. ******* still coming loose and still have divots....I believe we are at an impass and i will have to look elsewhere for a solution Mr. ********************** appears to only care about his wallet and not so much about his reputation
