    On approx May 23 of 2022 I had Biagiotti Paving scrape up my old driveway and re-pave it. In the course of paving we had several issues of their workers being negligent and causing damage to my home, those issues were resolved by **** Biagiotti agreeing to pay for the damage before he left the job site that day so i deducted the amount from my final payment. 2 months after the paving my driveway began cracking on the left side, with an approx 12" crack. I made dozens of calls and voicemails because that was my only contact info for them, but they finally replied months later (into the fall) when i saw them active on ******** with an ad, where i replied that I had issues with my install and was awaiting a call back. This got their attention and i got a call 2 days later, and the repair was made about 3 weeks later. This past winter on Jan 31 when shoveling snow i saw the driveway had cracked again on the same spot but much more obvious and significant than before, and i again reached out to Biagiotti paving but this time i finally found an email address i could use so i could start documenting our discussions. 2 weeks went by and no reply so i emailed again on Feb 16, ******* Biagiotti did reply that they would come out again to repair the job but after months of reaching out, emailing, calling, the company is no longer responding and has yet to fix the job. To make matters worse they did a terrible job grading the driveway and it pitches directly into my garage and now i have a water issue when it rains. I would like a substantial refund or the job replaced.

    Have contacted the customer to address her current concern on 6/5/23.  Customer was given options of how to handle the dispute - try to repair the area in question, to seal the driveway or to redo the driveway (all at no charge to her).  She stated that she would need time to review her options.  On 6/15/23 the customer decided to "take the seal coating option with the stipulation that steps are taken to flatten the crack and the existing patch."  The customer would like to be there when the repairs are to be made.  She was assured on 6/22/23, that the work will be completed within the next two weeks (weather contingent*) and that she would be contacted the evening before so that she could be present when the work is done. 

    * Weather contingent - the product cannot be applied if there is a threat of rain.  

    The area in question is on the edge her driveway - this is a weak area for all new driveways, care must be taken on driveway edges particularly if there is not enough side support.
