on Friday 16, 2025 made a deal for a 2024 low rider s. bike needed work because it was leaking primary oil from the casing. paid them $500 cash for an engine guard to be installed that the said they had in stock. they said it would be ready the next day. The next day the bike was not ready. get told they did not have the engine guard and could not get it for 3-5 days. On Sunday, i went in bike is not ready, no engine guard, nothing done, still leaking oil. told them i am not taking it and that they did not meet the terms of the agreement. they, after an hour of them threatening me and calling the cops on me, gave me back my original bike and only 400 of the $500 i paid for the engine guard. i already did not trust the dealership from before. though give them a chance because of new owner ship but it was just as bad of an experience.

This is ************** I am the general manager of high Octane Harley Davidson, just received a complaint the numbers ******** from Mr. ***** *******, and he is disputing $100 charge. So inside of the customer's statement, it says on Friday the 16th of 2025, he made a deal for a 24 lower S. He purchased that bike from us on may 19th, so 3 days ago. So I am not sure why he is referencing or maybe I do not know anyways. So he purchased it on the 19th. He we refunded his money because he was running around our dealership, threatening our employees Cursing going to other customers, telling them how bad we were, and this is why we were refunding his money. He gave us $500, we refunded him $400, because throughout the 3 to 4 days it took some a motorcycle. We had to pay a courier service to transport him back and forth to the dealership multiple times, the $100 is far less. Then we had to pay for this courier service to move the customer in and out. And so that was the explanation given to the customer. And I apparently he is confused with that. So as far as where we are concerned, we canceled this deal which we had already collected full down payment we had his trade bike, we had everything we needed to have a fundable contract, but we still went above and beyond to refund the customer to cancel his deal and refund him all of the money he had paid, - the amount of money, the $100, which we again paid more for a courier service to move him in and Out of the dealership. So that is my testimony. If you like, can call me back at the store. It is ************
