      I was refused service due to my husband's status as a a service member. Although they claim to accept ****************** the office refused to book an appt. for me. They told me I would need a referral. When I attempted to explain that my husband is not active duty, but in the National Guard and on *************** Select which doesn't need a referral they would not listen. I called Tricare, my PCP's referral ***** and the office several times trying to clear this up. I have attached a print out of the Tricare website where they also state *************** Select does not need a referral for this type of specialist. The receptionist was unprofessional, refused to share her name with me when asked at first, and then refused to let me speak to a manager. When our call ended she forgot to hang up and I could hear her talking about me to her coworker. I have not received a call back from a manager. I called a different office that specializes in the same thing and they booked me for an appt. without a referral with no issue. Every other office I spoke with said I did not need a referral. As far as I can tell, their refusal to see me was based solely on my husband being a service member and them not wanting to work with *******.

      My son had a surgery approximately 2 years ago and we paid ****** out of pocket. He went back for another surgery in October, 2023 and the morning of the surgery they said we had an outstanding balance of ****** and he **uld not have the surgery until it was paid. We told them we already paid it and they said we would have to follow up with their billing **mpany, so we paid in order to get the surgery done, I called their billing ** and they said we did already pay but they credited the money to a different patient ac**unt. I spoke to 9 different people at the billing **mpany and then they said to talk to **** at the doctor's ******* I did so and she reported on 1/26/24 that she had asked "squire" their billing **mpany to issue a refund. She also said other patients have had this problem. Three weeks later I have no refund and she will not take my call. The 700.oo is on my credit card and accruing interest. This is not acceptable and I want my refund. Thank you
