      I was scheduled for an eye exam. My eyes were changing multiple times in the few months that this had happened. So late July I had my eye exam. They said if my eyes change again soon to come back for another EYE EXAM. They in fact did change again. I went back for an eye exam and they did test that I never approved or asked them to do. They then tried to charge me more and I denied payment for everything other then the eye exam I went there for. They then had me come back a 3rd time after my eyes changed one more time. I went in there and explained all i needed was an eye exam and again they did more tests that I denied and charged me for them again. I also denied payment that day.

      I have ********** blue-chip for Medicare( ********** blue shield) I called and asked what I had for eye care coverage I was told I have zero copay for eye exam its covered 100% Dr ********************** associates Dartmouth I went to they're ***************** ********* ************* location on 2/26/24 I arrived 15 minutes prior to my 12oclock appointed associate at the desk ask me for my medical card ********** he scanned my id and card and said I never ben ***** so I had to fill out a form on an iPad ask about illnesses and eye problems and had me sign it ,after the eye exam i stopped at the counter to give hem the folder back the associate then told me I had to give $55 for copay I told her ********** told me i had no copay she said they tell everyone that in the same offices is also lens crafters I picked out a a pair of glasses and that associate told me they don't accept ********** blue told me I'm allowed $200 towards frames and lenses At that point I left came home and called ********** bluer cross checked that business and said they shouldn't have charged me anything ********** employee kept me on hold and called Dr ********************** they told BlueCross they would put $25 back on my debit card the other $30 was for a special eye test I agreed to and signed for they never told me about a $30 charge for a special test had they told me I had to pay for anything I would have left and called ********** I still don't see the $25 back in my account they told ********** I was not getting the $55 they should have told me before I had exam I had to pay anything not ***** till i had no choice

      Buisness pit $30 back on my charge card they send a letter with my signature they told blie cross that I agreed for specail test for a charge of $25 when the employee at the desk handed me a tablet he said I had to fill it out because. Hadn't been there before I pit my name doctors name and such handed it back to him he handed it back to me and said I had to sign it Ues we should rear what we sign but he should have told me I was going t9 be charged $55 ********** t9 me no copay for eye test its a sneaky game they played on me and probably docit all new customers I'm 62 and they pulled a sham they're are a lot of seniors out tbere that don't have $55 dollars they had my ********** card why didn't they say ot was going to be $55 I would have called ********** back right in their lobby..after the eye exam doctor handles me a folder and said gibe it to the person at the desk that's when said I owe $55 I called ********** and they called the buisness..
