Very poor business practices! This bank allowed someone from across the country to open up a business account under and LLC with apparently no documentation required. That account was then used in a wire transfer theft of over $70,000 of which thankfully @$50k was recovered. How do you not require more proof/documentation to open a business account and with only a $45 deposit. Shame on you!! And as others have mentioned their support is run through email, you cant talk to a live person about concerns. This invites suspicious activity.

I dont appreciate the service this bank have. You cant talk to anyone but through email they dont have a number to call them personally. They take forever to get back with you when you have a question. Money has been taking out of my acc multiple times and they dont care they say it will take 120 days to investigate they are bad for businessMiddlesex Savings Bank
