      I had my bathtub resurfaced because of a horrible ring around the tub left from a previous tenant. I called Miracle method for resurfacing. MM came to give an estimate on 3/3/22. I showed them the ring i wanted to get rid of. They assured me resurfacing would get rid of the ring. MM resurfaced the tub on 4/19/22. It was beautiful until 2 days later when the ring started showing through the resurfacing. I called MM and they sent someone to look at it. That person immediately started cleaning the ring with their products and machinery. After cleaning, he claimed he did not see a ring but saw a shadow. I again called the office to let them know I was not happy with his findings because there was clearly a ring. MM sent another guy, supposedly one of their top guys, in August, 2022. This top guy also started with cleaning the area with his products and machinery. After cleaning, he claimed he was seeing the radius of the tub. What?! He said he did see the ring but it was a reflection (shadow) of where the wall and tub curves. What a bunch of hogwash. There was no radius or shadow when the tub was installed about 7 years ago.If a radius or shadow existed, why didnt the guy who gave the estimate mention it and also state they cannot guarantee and warranty the results I was seeking.Everybody, including three handymen who visited my home for other repairs, saw the ring and videotaped their findings. Conveniently, MM did not see the ring. Wheres the warranty and guarantee in that?Also, they said theyd give me a senior discount. After I paid, I realized I did not get the discount so I called them. They promised to send me a check which they never did.
