"Items may be returned (unused with all tags intact) within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges (re-shipping charges for exchanged items). Please understand it is necessary to charge a restock fee on returns in order to cover costs associated with filling and processing your order. This is done so we can continue to bring you the best possible selection of products. Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or socks for any reason. Returns received after 14 days of delivery are subject to refusal, or at the least will be charged a 25% restock fee. Please understand that much of the inventory we order is in very limited supply.
