    I ordered online at 8pm on 1/6/25 from ***** website through ****. I was asked and agreed to have them replace an item in my cart over text which i thought was unprofessional. I received my order at 10pm. I was waiting outside for the order to process even though I had paid online prior to my delivery. The driver insisted I pay again and at the same time his manager pushed through the online bank payment. In total, the bank payment was $ ***** and the debit payment i was encouraged to also use was $73.50. This means that they charged me more than double for my order. I did not notice at first but i received a text from the manager. His number is *****************. He wanted me to prove to him that both charges went through as they had throw out the ticket for my order. I am now trying to get them to refund my account just the extra charge. I was told they would reach out again to me today and have it resolved. I had to call the manager today at 4 myself to remind them .
