      Well, Ive been to LensCrafters last year for an eye exam, however this year 2022 my exam consisted of paying a $39 dollar fee for not dilating your eye and it is billed after the exam, they claim I got an email but I didnt receive it, wish they would have sent it via text like the other 40 text messages I received about the appointment. Had I known about the $39 I would have gone somewhere else. FOLKS BEWARE OF THE CHARGE! I am not happy at all! Now even eye doctors are adding unnecessary fees. I will continue to have my voice heard on social media about Peabody Eye Associates. The doctor was great, staff was great, but the fee honestly was a turn off! I will not be returning. Hope everyone reading this will help those who are not aware of the $39 dollar fee. I DID FIND THE ***** AND IT STATES THAT THE *** FOR THE RETINAL IMAGING IS SO THE DOCTOR DOES NOT TOUCH YOUR EYE! WELL SHE DID! And I still dont understand why the fee! Here is the photo of the email I received. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER! JUST TO ADD A NOTE, the staff explained to me the fee is for not dilating my eye, well clearly its not what the email says! Someone should reach out to me.
