      I am an active duty Air Force officer who was stationed at ******************. I qualified for government assistance for child care through ********** Aware. I enrolled my child at Global Children School in Jan 2023. ********** Aware took 3 months to release funding to the daycare so I paid out of pocket for all expenses until May 2023. ********** Aware does not reimburse the military member directly so when they back paid Global Children School the daycare was supposed to pay me back for all of the money I paid out of pocket. They took over 2 additional months to turn the payments off and then convinced me to wait until I pulled my child out before finalizing the numbers on the amount owed. I pulled my child out in Aug 2024 and it took almost 2 months to get $3,709.27 returned from Global Children School (sent on Sep 26). They still owe me an additional $1,228.03 but will no longer return my calls or answer my emails and since I PCSed from MA to VA I cant go in person. I went to the legal office at ******** and they initially answered her first call saying they would provide a break down of how they got to their number but it has been 3 weeks and they no longer answer her calls and have still not provided the additional money owed or a spreadsheet showing the difference. Please help!
