    Kostas Roofing ************* *************************************************************************** Date of service: 01/04/2022 Contract states:upon completion of the repair order and after receipt of payment for all work performed, contractor shall repair any leak recurring in the same roof location as the area specified in this repair order for a period of 15 years from the dates in above free of charge, this limited warranty applies to leaks, recurring in the roof area, specified in this repair order only This warranty for appears does not cover any leaks caused by the obstruction of proper drainage of the roof debris, buildup, ice and snow buildup, etc. that results in leaks caused by standing water, excessive walking on the roof and or walking on the roof by person to do so improperly or improper flashing or ceiling of any roof penetrations after the work done by the contractor has been completed such as heating and air-conditioning systems induct installed after the contractors work has been completed or any physical damage of any kind of roof material, including damage is caused by the act of God, or nature, or work done on the roof by person, other than the contractors than the contractors
