    **** was very helpful and responsive in assessing some water damage in a rental apartment that we own, and suggested some sensible courses of action. He was able to come back a few times to assess the progress of drying out the unit, and took the time to explain the details to our tenant as well as our insurance adjuster while on-site. His rates were also very reasonable, so I would not hesitate to recommend All Dry Services!

    Such an incredible company, they worked quickly and efficiently while still being incredibly thorough! They were responsive to all of our concerns, no matter what time it was and were so attentive to our needs throughout the whole process. They kept us informed, but also made sure our landlords and property managers were fully apprised of the situation. Great people and spectacular service!

    **** was a pleasure to work with! He was very knowledgeable and pointed out other issues that were contributing to the wetness in the building's basement. He came by regularly to check on the drying progress, and he's a very clear communicator. He had no problem working with multiple condo owners and tenants.

    **** is the best! I thought there was a chance of water damage, he came out twice to out my mind at ease. I am grateful. He is a pleasure to work with and it is obvious he really cares about his customers and wants to help! That is very hard to find in this business and I would recommend him for all your water damage/remediation needs. If I ever have concerns in this area again, I have peace mind knowing who to call.

    Very glad I choose them. Very responsive. Very professional. Stuck to the budget. Of course, there were no unexpected findings or unanticipated additional tasks required. However, if any would have arisen, I 100% believe **** would have treated me fairly and reasonably. I would definitely work with them again. This is a good, professional, and responsive company
