    ** *********** game is very expensive. I have spent $1000s on the games. It also has many glitches in the software that sometimes costs you money when it happens. The customer support is almost no existent and when they do respond the answer is always they will not do anything to correct the issue that cost you money. They will always deny any corrective solution and only offers to forward your complaint/ issue to the technical team for review which ultimately means nothing. Even simple things that are easy to fix due to accident or glitch all they do is deny deny deny because they simply want you to spend more of your money to fix it yourself. If in fact thats what they are hoping for. I have tried a few claims and always get the same non helpful result. The most recent issue cost me hundreds of dollars and of course they refused to fix it with a simple the click of a button. I would like ** to fix the issue or refund me my money. I have tried to contact them numerous times but they are blatantly ignoring me. I would warn anyone interested in playing GOTC to not spend a ***** on the game because its a huge risk of not getting what you paid for with zero chance of getting any assistance from them in return. Simply put, all they want is your money and once they have it they dont care about customer service, even if their ********************** faulty software is at fault.
