      On February 25, I purchased the Bounce organic curl closure wig. from Indique However, after running the wig under lukewarm water, I noticed a strong pungent odor. Additionally, I discovered the closure section had matted in certain areas. I thought the hair loss was average. However, this week, I wanted more curls and decided to spray the hair down with water. Subsequently, the hair matted again and formed a bird's nest. The experience has been horrendous, as I needed the wig for my neices's graduation. I am out of 600 dollars and am devastated.

      I wish I could give zero stars. So, when I first got the hair it was not in any silk packaging and looked dry and frizzy bit the rep did not get me another product. I had the product installed and got a call for the week follow up and was asked how the hair was. I replied with "the hair is ok." And was told to come to the store for them to look at it. I work as a traveling lab tech so that is extremely hard. I contacted customer service and received an email and told them about the horrible quality of the hair and they insisted it was on how the product was installed. (What does installing the hair have to do with the quality of the hair?)I let them know that the hair gets matted very easily, is extremely dry, tangles even after detangling. I was told that I needed to go back to the store and have them deal with it. ***** has reached out to me and now I wasted $1200. Do not purchase from them!

      They don't even care about their customer opinion. There wigs are not worth the price there asking for. I paid $550 for a bouncy coil deep curly hair and the lady who sold the hair recommended me to buy a specific product to use for that hair. I bought the products and used it on the hair. it made the hair tangled, twisted and damage. My money was waisted. I received email from them to give my feedback and I told them I was very disappointed. They ignored my email and never come back to offer me any thing. Please do not waist your money.
