    Like a lot of games, LOTRO has in-game currencies and in-game items that you can buy with one of the currencies, which is LOTRO points. Unlike any of the other in-game currencies, LOTRO points can be purchased with real money either directly or with other game items. On the ***** website, which is a product from Standing Stone Games, they offer some things for sale for real money. One of these items is called "Rivendell Luxuriant Supporter Pack". This pack is supposed to include ****** LOTRO points. Please see the attached screen images of the advertised p**** made a purchase of this pack on two accounts that I have (axxedge and twinkiecakes).Both of these purchases did not provide me with ****** LOTRO points on either account, but instead only granted me ***** LOTRO points.I filed a support ticket on both accounts. These support tickets have been unanswered.

    My lifetime account was stolen on or about 01/14/2024 I have 16 years of emails from SSG sent to my email address associated with my account.I have an account name query response from SSG a few months prior showing that the account in question was associated to my email address.They refuse to return my account to me, or offer any proof that it wasn't hacked.I used a strong password (13 characters, mixed alphanumeric and allowed special characters.Nobody else has access to my acount.I do not stream content, have a public profile, a high profile (or even high characters ingame) that would draw attention to me or my account.I attempted to work with their customer service to no avail.
