    I've been using Foodtec's POS system since 2018. I've recently informed them that I will be switching to another company and gave them a 2 weeks notice to close my account and my online ordering platform since the new company has their own system. Foodtec solutions refuses to close my account although my company and Foodtec don't have a contract restricting me from doing so. To make things worse, they charged my account for the period I told them I wont be using them anymore and when I put a stop payment through my bank account, the owner called me and tried to intimidate me for leaving his company. I've been asking for a formal communication through emails and the refuse to do it so there isn't any trail of their sketchy practices, only phone calls. Next day I received a bill again for services I've requested to stop plus a stop payment fee. They do have a sense of humor thinking that I'll be paying them for something I've requested them to stop.Customer service at it's finest.

    I have attached where I purchased a gift card prior to Christmas. This was supposed to have been a local eatery. When the gift was received it was linked to the business below, I have sought answers by contacting the business below who states they don't know how this happened and they are unable to remedy the issue. My account was charged and I am unsure what action to take next. Help!
