    On the 1st of July I contacted this business because i was seeking help with fixing my PlayStations 4 hdmi port I called in advance and I was told the job could be done by the end of the day and would be charged $80 upon arrival the man stated he would clean the ps4 and fix the issue I let him know I did not want any extra services just to fix the hdmi port we agreed upon that I left and was expecting a call when the job was done several hours passed and no call so about 7pm I returned to the store to see if the job was done when I arrived the man working on my ps4 said I would have to come back the next day because he had taken apart my ps4 which I stated I didnt want any extra services so I do not understand why it was taken apart and I was told he would be done same day when I asked him to put my ps4 back together and I would not be back other employees began to antagonize me because I no longer was interested in doing business with them the man proceeded to put my ps4 back together incorrectly and now I am not able to use my ps4 at all and the are not willing to make this right

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. After I filed my complaint I did call them back I was told to go f*** myself n that they can have me killed by there family, ive also heard that the way I'm being treated might b because of my color.i believe in 2024 these kind of ************** should not have a foot in the community.

    When ****************** came in to drop off his PlayStation 4 he was told it might be done that day but not guaranteed to be done by end of that day. Customer was also told that we would call when repair was done as we do with all our repair customers! We let the Customer know that his  PlayStation was extremely dirty inside and that we need to clean the PlayStation before we can begin the repair. Customer came in 10 minutes before close demanding his PlayStation that was already apart for repair at this time we let the customer know that it would definitely be done the next day. He became extremely upset that he couldn't go the night without his PlayStation and began swearing and threatening my employees including a female employee who tried to step in to calm him down after he was told bymyself the owner that I was going to call the police. After that we told him we were no longer going to do business with him due to his threats and behavior. We did not yet repair his PlayStation when he was demanding it be returned to him we only finished cleaning the internal parts. The PlayStation was then put back together and returned to customer per his request  at no charge. The PlayStation doesn't work because he did not allow us to finish the repair. ****************** called the store the next day still aggressively yelling at employees and stated that he would be waiting outside for the repair technician. We will also be putting a no trespassing order on ****************** due to his threatening behavior!
