      May 25th 2025 I purchased 2 pair of sneakers from Famous Footwear. I received one pair 1 week later and HAVE NOT received the 2nd pair. When I check tracking it has been in ** since June 1st and HAS NOT MOVED! I have called and supposedly I was being refunded and it is almost 3 weeks and no refund NOR emails stating that I have been! I have left several emails no response and now I cant get through when I call!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I DID NOT GET MY SNEAKERS!! This is ridiculous!! Documents are included that show everything about my order!

      This complaint is directed to the wrong company. According to the complaint, the customer purchased Sneakers from "********************** FOOTWARE". We are FAMOUSFOODS.COM. We do not sell sneakers. We sell a variety of New England Specialty foods. Kindly rescind this complaint from Famousfoods.com, Inc. and direct it to the appropriate company. Thank you!

      I purchased a bottle of Stirrings peach bellini mix and discovered a foreign object in the bottle which poured into my glass. I spoke with customer service who sent a box and shipping label so I could send ******* mix back. I was told once mix was returned a full refund would be issued. I returned mix 11/17/22. Since then my emails requesting updated information have been ignored as are my telephone messages requesting the same. No refund have been received, no communication at all.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  One email was sent but no refund has been received.

      Good morning, 

      After investigating, we believe this complaint may have been filed against the wrong company. We are FamousFoods.com, Inc. and although we do fulfill some eCommerce orders placed via the Stirrings.com website, we do not show any record of a Stirrings.com order in November 22 from a *************************, nor does our company have any record of sending a box and return label to *************************. We beleive all initial communication may have been between ***** and customer service representatives from Sazerac - The owner of the Stirrings brand. 

      If we are mistaken, and the peach bellini was in fact purchased directly from the Stirrings.com website, we would be more than happy to issue the refund. We would simply need the original order number, or some way to reference the order in our system in order to proceed. If this is the case, please call ************** to speak directly with FamousFoods.com customer service. However, if the product was purchased in a store or any other outlet, product quality issues like this would need to be dealt with by Sazerac directly (Email: ******************* and this is likely who you initially spoke with and who issued the return box and label as we have no record of doing so.

      I purchased some items at famous foods on September 16 2022, order # ******, I never received the order, after contacting famous foods, I have no resolve. I told them I never received the order, they are not responding. I would like a refund.
