    Purchased 3 glass sliders, 4 small windows on Sept 12, 2023.Paid $8003.15 1) Reported to Precision in June that of the 9 slider panes of glass - the seal had failed on one of them and it was full of moisture. They visited, saw the glass and said the replacement would be here in 3-4 weeks. Still haven't gotten it 3 months later.2) The slider screen doors are so poorly made they do not stay shut in the wind. There is no slot to roll them into when trying to shut the door - just a weird metal hook.3) All the locks on the screens have already broken. Since I can't truly seal the doors closed I cannot stop the gnats coming in if a light is on in that room. I cannot lock them.4) All 4 small windows I purchased are broken in that the top of each window does not stay up - leaving an open air gap at the top! I have spoken to multiple people at Precision over the past few months it is one lie and one excuse after another. *** and **** admitted the problems were real, that help was coming but now they aren't even answering their phones.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. This is completely in line with my experience of this business. They are scammers - i'm seeing this is especially true in their dealings with customers that are female.
