    This company led me to believe I needed a very pricey virus protection when I was having some issues with my computer. I paid their fee of almost $350 and then this year, I found another source for my virus protection, so I contacted them to cancel. I was informed I have a credit of almost $250 coming to me, but they will only process it thru ******. I have no problem with that, but they want access to my computer so they can get a screenshot of the transaction. Giving them access is how I got coerced into spending $350 to begin with (that's on me) so I refused the access. I offered to send them a screenshot of the transaction, but they have refused. So now I do not get my refund. I believe this company is very unethical and therefore I will not allow them access to my computer.

    I believe they are a SCAM! I did business with them in November 2021 when I was led to them when trying to download my office suite. I noticed during their assistance they copied my ****** login information, so I changed it immediately. For the next several months I received warnings of someone trying to get into my ****** account. Then they called me back trying to help me with this. I let them know that ****** is stopping the breach, so I dont require Infinity Websofts assistance. They continue to contact me to gain access to my laptop. I let them know that is not ever going to happen again. They have contacted me several times attempting to ask for money anywhere from $5,999 to $2,999. They have also stated that it will come directly out of my bank account. They continue calling me trying to get money from me since I no longer want to utilize their service and I will not let them have access to my laptop. Im embarrassed but I paid them $499.99 initially. I would not recommend using their services. I wish I hadnt . They keep contacting me for more money and I dont believe theres much of anything that they have done for me.
