  I purchased a new construction build home on 5/26/23. The builder signed a contract to agree to fix/repair any issues with the home for the first year. I have been waiting 13 weeks for issues to be delt with and the builder refuses to respond to my phone calls, voicemails, and text messages. Photos have also been continued to be sent to builder of the issues but still no response. The last voicemail I left I said I would be contacting an attorney if he didn't respond to which he didn't reach out. The name of the builder is *********************** and the name of the development company is Maris Development LLC. I have reached out to agent, attorney, and builders agent and the builder still has yet to respond. I spoke with 3 other neighbors in the development who's homes were also built within past year and they are all experiencing the same thing and he is refusing to get back to anyone so they are also contacting attorneys as well. I will attache photos of some of the issues in the home to which include 1 garage door not opening ( electrical issue), stairs leading to upstairs have staple holes still visible, railings are stained different colors, flooring doesn't extend under the baseboard, water leaking in basement, bulkhead not painted with non rust paint, ceiling lights improperly installed, kitchen cabinets scraped up, poorly painted, staples visible, door's hanging off, ceiling in kitchen needs to be repainted because of a leak in the master bath shower above, cosmetic paint issues on cabinet's and ceilings, blower missing in the propane fireplace as well as screen missing, yellow putty still visible behind sinks where they were installed, screens and windows in kitchen have open space to where you can see outside, bulkhead not properly sealed from rain. Damaged framing on windows outside of house with corners broken off. Most of the issues were on original punch list before we moved in and yet remain unfinished. I have another 25 photos it won't let me upload.
