    Placed an order last in August paid for shipping ended up giving my order to another parent that doesnt even have their kid on my team, I had to go meet them wasting again time and money, one item wasnt correct was told by owner ***** on September 20th 2024 it would be fixed and hed ship it back to me. Its now February 2025 and hes ignored my emails and messages.     The customer has received his items. He didn't like the way his name was put on the back of the shirt, but the name location was decided by the club. We have communicated this several times to him. He asked me to give the items to another fellow coach member that handed him the items the same day as he was not able to make it here in the business hours for pickup.
