    On October 14, 2023, I was charged for my monthly subscription of my PostFly Guide Series box ($52.95). After not receiving any shipping notifications or any additional communication for twelve (12) days I became concerned and attempted to contact PostFlys customer support. I located the telephone number: **************, published both on their ******** page as well as on their own website. When attempting to reach support, I received an automated message, indicating the phone number had been disconnected. After growing increasingly concerned about where my $52.95 had gone. I located an email for them and sent the following; I am writing to inquire about the status of my order for my Guide Series monthly subscription box (order no. XXXXXXXX) which was paid for on October 14, 2023. Generally, I receive a notice of shipping within a couple of days after payment but as of today (12 days after payment) I have not received any update on shipping or any other communication. I am partaking in a fishing trip next week and was really hoping to receive my box, prior to my trip. I tried calling the phone number published both on your website and on your ******** page to inquire but found the phone number is disconnected. I would appreciate a response, thank you.As of October 28, 2023 (14 days since my purchase) I have not received my Guide Series subscription box. I would simply request a refund or fulfillment of my order. Thank you.

    I purchased a 3 month subscription through postfly. I purchased the most expensive package they have but they sent me the least expensive subscription box which is half of what I paid for. I have emailed them twice to let them know that they messed up my order. I have not heard anything back from them and their customer service phone line no longer exists so I cant call.

    I have heard from the business but their responses take days. 
    they sent me a replacement box but they sent me the incorrect box for the second time. 
    the products that they have sent me do not cover the cost of the product I actually ordered.
