    I hired ********************* to clean wall-to-wal carpeting in two rooms of my home.********************* quoted me $150 via ******** messenger for shampooing, deodorizing, disinfecting, and stain removal.When his technicians arrived at my home, they explained the prices for three different services. The quote I received from ********************* was $150.I was told $150 was for a basic cleaning by the technicians.I was disappointed to find out that the service I wanted would cost $400.Unfortunately, I did not check ************************* quote until after I paid $400 via Venmo to King Carpet Cleaning MA and the technicians had left.On November 8, 2023, I contacted ********************* via ******** messenger about the price discrepancy. He apologized and said he would contact the technicians to find out why I was charged a higher price.I contacted ********************* again November 10, 2023. He stated that he was out of town and had not contacted the technicians. He also stated that I must have received additional services and that was why the price was higher. I contacted ********************* again on November 13, 2023. I did not receive a response from him.I contacted ********************* again on November 18, 2023. He asked if the technician told me the price before giving the service. I said yes and told him I received the services that he had quoted me for $150.I have not heard from ********************* since November 18, 2023. I saw *********************** advertisement on the ****** Irish Community Group ******** page on November 1, 2023.
