    Coachup is a very bad application that preys on coaches - they take 40% from coaches pay as the coach does everything, the work, the relationship building the challenging process. They shouldnt be doing business and are very bad with their policies.

    **************** is non existent. I've called a couple of times and always says something like "not available "after several prompts . So I then emailed them twice and no response. Have used coach up for over a 100 sessions . But am now rethinking if I should keep using it's services.

    CoachUp is a scam, they do a lot of wasted ******s to get you buy more ******s.I learned in the basketball season that my grandson was not being trained the essential to help him in the session.I asked for a refund on the remaining ******s but I was told they would on give a transfer.The coach reported he would talk to coach up but the coachup wouldnt budge. I bought ****** with a certain coach not coach up, why would coach up tell me I can transfer but I cant get a refund? It has been less than 90 days since coach up said I could transfer coaches. My grandson wants to quit basketball because of his exprience, so why would coach up force him to take ******s? This company *****

    8:56 am This whole experience was extremely hurtful to my 7 year old grandson. The individual who was to coach my grandson, **************** does not deserve the title coach. He texted (not called) to cancel 15 minutes before the time. He claimed that the space was double booked but that was a straight out lie as I was there and there was no one using the space. As a result, an exciting experience for my grandson became a disaster as he was hurt and disappointed. Further, I could not reach anyone at the organization for help! They only have email response, no phones. Even after my complaint there has been no call from CoachUp or ******************

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!! I was overcharged not only overcharged but the coach canceled the day of training when I asked for a refund they tried to charge my card an additional 46$ I had to block them from my bank a person then emailed me and said the 46$ they tried to take off my card was actually them trying to process a refund which was a complete lie bc it wouldnt have tried to deduct money if youre processing a refund. This turned out to be more of a hassle than help this is a scam save yourself the time and just ask a local coach for training rates. Im still currently in the process of getting my money back from my bank and its been a little over a month. Worst experience Ive ever had. DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY there isnt even a customer service number that works which is a big red flag if you call the number it directs you as if itll help but it does nothing!!! COACH UP **** YOUR DAYS BAD BUSINESS DOESNT LAST FOREVER

    Wish I could give 0 stars! Absolutely terrible customer service, if you can even calm it that. Awful experience with one of the coaches, have been hounding CoachUp for refund and to honor their good fit guarantee. Have not heard anything back regarding the refund, but I do keep being sent discount codes for my next session. I would stay away from this place. My 7 year old was so disappointed throughout this process.
