    Byggmeister in the 1990s and early 2000s grew its reputation for solid design and high-quality carpentry. This was due to the company's leader **** who was an expert ********* himself and insisted on outstanding service, craftsmanship, with an eye towards energy efficiency. **** was a sensitive, kind leader who listened well. Unfortunately, **** retired and turned the company over to a new leader who has zero carpentry experience and anointed herself as the **** The firm's ethos has changed for the worse under the ***'s cold reign. Long-term clients, who helped Byggmeister build its business through all sorts of projects of various sizes, have been jettisoned. The *** has moved the firm to service only the most upscale, high-end, larger projects in exclusive neighborhoods and which will look dazzling on social media platforms. Gone are the days of working on commoners' home improvement needs. The only needs getting serviced are the management's egos and the need to mingle with wealthy clientele. The *** spends more time making industry lectures than at job sites. There is a market for this, of course, but don't expect them to return your call if you are in the wrong zip code and don't have a six-figure project in mind.
