      On April 29 I paid an amount of $250 for one class and one road test to the Newton Driving School.I was scheduled for a class on May 8th at 12pm and for the road test on May 12th at 10am; I had to reschedule my ****** once from May 8th to May 9th at 3pm due to my ear infection. My infection did not get better so I called to ask if its possible to reschedule both driving ****** and driving exam because I had a fever and ear pain. I was refused in both in a highly rude manner. I felt that I was treated rudely without good cause. I took Ibuprofen, used ear drops and went to the class. On my way to scheduled driving class on May 9th at 3pm I left a ****** review to warn potential school clients to be aware of the highly rude and disrespectful communication of the phone person - who turned out to be the owner.When I arrived to my scheduled class at 2:55, the driving teacher told me that his boss told him not to provide any ******s for me. I was shocked and asked why is that. He called her in front of me and my ****** (who drove me to the class) and she yelled that I will not get any ******s until I delete my review. I said that this is illegal and we are in a free country where everyone can leave reviews. I said that then I would take my refund and she said that I will not get any money back. I took out my husbands phone to record a video, she disconnected. I asked the driver why is this happening and before he closed the door in front of me, he said that she is his boss and he needs to do whatever she tells him to do. I went to the daycare next door to use the restroom and then I left. I would like to get at least my full refund in amount of $250 that I paid using my debit card online on the driving school website.

      Customer received a service for a ****** and a road test. On 5/11 she had a ****** and 5/12 she passed a test. She lied and left a slandering review online. She called a credit card company and disputed a charge. We do not work for Free. We need to paid for a services that we provide. We had to File for small claim court to get our money back. Credit card company refunded her money. WE are waiting to  get paid, we will have no choice but to go to court

      Newton driving school is so corrupt. Advertise driving hours available when trying to get you to sign up.. Won't let you sign up for any classes until you pay.. Once you pay and try to schedule classes then none are available.. Then you can only schedule 4 at a time which is never disclosed.. Once you complete a class have to wait 24 hours to book another which is also not disclosed. The office is always closed and unstaffed. Then they say that is an RMV rule which is a lie.. Then when you call they hang up on you.. Look at all the 1 star reviews..

      Customer  have signed up for ********************** lessons. The same we have transferred paperwork from Massauto school the same day. The next day customer already received an appointment that is unusual with all the schools . Per our contact, customer needs to wait 24 hrs so they can book another ******* Customer became very aggressive and rude, demanding a ******* All the conversations are recorded. He started yelling that he will call the police. We  have told him that we do not tolerate this dis resct and yelling and it will be in a best interest of both parties that we will refund the money within 30 days per our contact  and info that is listed on our website

      I am looking for a refund for services I have paid for but am unable to receive. We booked hoping we could get ******s before my son leaves but only after we paid did we find out there were no ******s available.       Customer was offred multiple appoitments and he refused  to take them. Once a person is enrolled in a program money is not refundable. We offer lessons 7 days a week, we are booked out 2 weeks it is less than any other school in a area. Customer has 2 yrs to use the money have paid and we have plenty of openings in 2 weeeks
