The response provided by Powerhouse Dynamics, which reads "We are working internally to resolve this issue and will update once we have more info." does not provide a deadline for resolution or any specifics of what actions are being taken.  I do not consider my issue resolved; please do not close complaint #********.

I purchased an energy usage monitoring system called SiteSage made by a company called PowerHouse Dynamics. The system helps consumers understand how they use electricity within their homes. PowerHouse Dynamics makes the hardware and hosts related customer usage data, but sells to consumers through a 3rd-party company called PowerWise. Unfortunately, we have never been able to get the system to work, and their reseller has been unable to resolve our issue. When I called PowerHouse Dynamics to explain that my issue has gone unresolved for many months, they said it's their reseller's problem, not theirs. I have spent almost $3,500 on a solution that doesn't work and the company that makes it and hosts my data refuses to help.
