      my daughter gifted me a BlendiPro which was promoted on GMA's Deals and Steals. I gifted the same product to a friend. The product worked for her approximately 2 weeks and for me 3 weeks. The product was delivered on January 18, 2023 We both reached out to the company to advise them of the fault and my friend was asked to make a video showing the fault of the product - which she did. She received a response basically stating that there would be no replacement. By then my product malfunctioned and I reached out to the company also, I got the same response. There is alot of back and forth with us, the consumers and the company director with no resolution in sight.

      We spoke to the buyer and user of the ********************** and offered them free repalcement parts, which was never taken up on. We then offered a refund if they returned it. they have yet to return it. When they retrun it we will refund the buyer.
