    We hired **** ****** in October 2024 for a 20 ft retaining wall and removal of concrete patio in the backyard. We paid him 6000 for materials and a deposit. He had promised the work to be done in 3 weeks. After multiple calls and unrelenting text, he did not show up to the jobs site even after establishing a meetup. He sent subs to complete the work. He had promised multiple times to be there but there was always an excuse. Finally winter came, the ground was all dug up, concrete in shambles, and a trough dugged up for where the wall would be. It was left untouched for the entirety of the winter. It is now spring going into the summer of 2025, he never completely removed the concrete patio and built half a wall that still continues to sit there unfinished. He does not pick up his phone, you're unable to leave a voicemail due to his inbox being full, and he's unresponsive to any text that we sent. It is going into month 9 of an unfinished project with no return phone calls or text messages in the past month. Our backyard continues to be unhabitable.
