      Recently I was in *********************************. I saw a flyer for an event over the glasses, silverware etc. I signed up and paid $99.00. The next day I realized I had a schedule conflict and I wanted to cancel and get a refund. The event was two weeks away. I was told I had an account with **********************, located inside of life alive cafe and I could not have a refund, only a credit to my Down Under Yoga account. I never wanted an account with **********************. I was getting a salad at life alive; the flyer was in Life Alive. I feel this is a scamputting the flyer in life alive then tricking you into an account with down **********************. They have my $99.00 and it is wrong. I went to a manager there and said I dont want an account with ********************** with my credit card on file etc. I said I had cancelled promptly and in advance, I should get a refund. The manager was arrogant and asked me if I had looked within myself to try to understand why I made such a ***** decision. I was in *************** as a customer and did not intend to become a member of Down Under Yoga. They said if I cancelled my account they would keep my $99.00. Can you help me get a refund? I think the date of the transaction was 05/31/23. It was less than a month ago. Thank you.

      The location of the workshop flyer is in a shared place of business that is a Down Under Yoga & Life Alive collaboration. Our signs are on the door & the desk for Down Under is not the same as the place to order Life Alive. In order to purchase a space in this workshop this client sought out Down Under's team member & exchanged information with them in order to enroll including their name, email, address, and credit card information. The receipt with our policy on "no refunds to the original form of payment" was emailed to this client as soon as the purchase was completed. This receipt is attached to this response. When the client later reached out to cancel, we provided the refund to her account (which is what was created when she purchased the workshop). This money is available for this client to use towards any of our services. This refund to her account is in alignment with our policies as listed on the receipt provided.
