I brought my car in the shop 2 1/2 months ago for a bad camshaft positions sensor after they had it for 3 1/2 weeks and it sat in a parking parking lot for a week when the car broke down, he fixed it supposedly no sooner did I drive it off the lot then the car started acting up with the same problem I brought it in for it now been there 2 1/2 months nothing has been done. I have paid every ***** for this work. The car now has A huge crack in the windshield it didnt have before car was wide open. Has been open like someones working on it but no ones done anything. The car has not moved from that spot in 2 1/2 months. Ive gone down there. I called. And the only response I seem to get is were working on it. Were working on it. I am not happy. I want my money back for the work that I paid for that they havent done.

Ms. ******** brought vehicle in for " running rough". Did a diagnostic scan on vehicle. (Did not charge for scan, normally a $50.00 Charge) Found Camshaft Position Sensor to be faulty, oil very low, and sparks plugs fouled. Replaced Camshaft Position Sensor, Spark Plugs, and also did Oil Change and Fuel Injection Cleaner. Customer took 2 months to pay bill. After 2 months of driving vehicle, customer called and said vehicle needed to be towed. I had vehicle towed to shop. Customer never paid for the tow ($80.00). I warrantied and replaced the Camshaft Position Sensor. Did not charge the customer for the labor ($90.00). Ms. ******** expected car to be fixed right away, in front of customers that had appointments. I worked on her vehicle in between customers so she would not have to wait as long.

I am a small shop with only 2 mechanics and myself, which she should know as her father has been a customer for some time. As I am a very busy shop, appointments are booked out for weeks.

As for the crack in windshield, windshield had ding that looked like a stone hit it before vehicle came to shop. The crack from the ding traveled along the bottom of the windshield as they do when the car sits in the sun and heats builds up inside.

I would appreciate the $80.00 for the tow.

So in response to the shop, my car wouldve never had to been towed if he had done it right the first time it didnt take me two months to pay at all. Thats not true. There was no crack in the windshield or dang when the car went into the shop originally it went in for a bad camshaft position sensor They fixed that sensor after a week of having the car and then I had it for three days before it broke down in the parking lot of ********* and it sat there for a week Before Night Owl came and took the car, he told me that the tow was paid for by the company. He bought the camshaft position sensor for which is why I didnt need to pay for it. My car literally sat there for three months. I understand he has other appointments, but he should not have agreed that it would be done in a timely fashion. If he couldnt do it in a timely fashion three months is ridiculous.
