    Quoted a price from Toni on 9 16 23 for 100 to rent an suv to go from ***************************************** **************** to *********** , ******************** *********** ** *****. This was a 5 minute ride but I agreed to the price of 100.00 at 650 pm i got a phone call from the driver stating very loudly "where are you I am in the parking garage time is money you better get out here or I am leaving". I rushed through dinner and got put there waited for a minute and called him back he was not there turns out he was in a different town. So he finally showed up at 740 pm 49 minutes late and he was yelling at us saying its not my fault they told me to go to this place and he flu g the paper at me. At that point i was not comfortable getting in the car again with him. So we made alternative arrangements. I do not owe for the whole trip they are billing me 200 an amount i was never told about and when i called today i was told it would be rectified and i was only responsible for 50.00 i then got another phone call from Toni saying Jennifer should not have talked to me she is "not allowed" and proceeded to tell me we are charging you $100 and didnt even ask or apologize for their poor customer service. I said i disagree and she said " I dont care we will get our money" i disconnected the call. I am filing a complaint

    First off, I would like to apologize for the way the driver spoke to the client. He has been spoken to and the attitude he gave you was totally unexceptable. The rides have been refunded, except for $50.00 which, was charged for the ride from *********** to **************** that was provided. There was definately confusion between the office and the driver, which is not the customer's fault and should never be apparent to the customer.  Unfortunately, we cannot go back and change the events that happened. We have taken resposibilty for our error and refunded most of the charges for the night of service. We have changed the a few thing in the office in hopes that we can prevent anything like this from happening again. Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest quality transportation possible.
