    Upon learning of the makers of the Enozo sprayer that creates ozone for cleaning and disinfecting, in September of 2021 I made a contractural agreement to be a distributor of their products. I purchased the following: 16- Enozo Pro SB100 bottles 6- X1 EcO3Ice 6- X4EcO3Ice The total of these products came to $6572. The salesmen for this company are VERY convincing. The demonstrations they show make you think their products are virtually indestructible. Over time the sprayers began to have problems, defects and stop working. The first one was in July 2022 which was 9 months later. I have had several customers return the product due to failure, within the warranty period. The warranty is a Two Year Extended ************ X1 EcO3Ice went bad and 6 of the sprayers (which retail on their site for $725.)Of course I made good on them and replaced them, but when I applied for RMAs to be compensated for the defective products I was promised them, but they never came. I contacted them and they said they were busy but assured me they would send them out. Still, they did not come. More phone calls and emails. Finally, my calls were no longer taken. I have continued to attempt to contact them, but to no avail. I was left on my own with this faulty and very expensive product, with no recompense. This was very disappointing as I believed in this product enough to stand behind it and even endorse it to my customers. I have been taken advantage of and would like this to be made right. I would like the defective products replaced and a commitment on the part of Enozo to continue to make good on their products and the subsequent followup of this commitment.     This is in reference to complaint #********. The company responded and promised to make good on the claims. We gave them the time and they did fulfill the **** so we have what we were hoping for.

    They also promised to make good on future claims, should they arise, as well. Thank you for your involvement, as we believe this could not have been

    accomplished without your intervention . I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved. We will let you know if there are any further issues.
